This form is to inquire about elevator availability, this form does not guarantee an elevator reservation has been made. Please fill in the form below, including your first, second and third choice for dates. You will be e-mailed a confirmation of a reservation if the selected time is available. If you selected time is not available you will be contacted within one business day to advise of alternative dates and or times.

* You will be given a two hour time slot for use of the elevator within the Presedential Towers and The New York building. You will be given a four hour time slot if you are moving into 55 East Erie or into the Astor House.
